Shipping Policy
We ship all orders from our physical store in Los Angeles. We offer shipping through USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Processing Time: We process and ship orders during our regular business hours. We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. You will be able to review the shipping cost before you finalize your order.

Risk of Loss: All purchases from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (USPS or UPS). You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
- Free Shipping: Free ground shipping in the continental US on orders over $99.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange, as long as it meets the following conditions:

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be in new, unused, and sellable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Skateboards: Decks must be in their original shrink wrap. We cannot accept returns on assembled or gripped decks.

Shoes: Shoes must be unworn and in their original, undamaged box. Please try on shoes on a clean, indoor surface.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and custom-built skateboards are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Make a Return:

Ship Your Item: Please send the item(s) to at the address below. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. If you prefer, we can create the return label for you. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. To request a return label send your email to transportskate@gmail.com. Please include your full name and your order number.

Processing: Once we receive your return at the shop, we will inspect the item(s) to make sure they are in new condition. We will then process your refund or exchange during our regular business hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
